My All
She sensed it
Out it came, in a story
An explanation
And pushed out all the
Worry, the last ounce
Of fortifications in my
Soul for distracting
The truth
No longer, no more
With one fast whip
Came all the freedom
And no more reason
To hold back
I’ve never had it painted
So white and black
Simple and forward
Yet hard to believe
That this woman holds
Nothing and gives all
I open channels and
She rides tall
When she speaks, thinks, loves,
She says my all
